Cross Ice Hockey will create a pond like environment in it's cross - ice program that promotes creativity, quicker decision and more touches of the puck. The small area games along with short shifts will raise the competitive spirit and creativity in each player while having fun. Each week of high tempo play to rest ratio will condition their physical, mental and endurance for their game.
